Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy

Thank you for your interest in our Afternoon Tea PARTY event! We are committed to providing a delightful experience for all our guests. Please review our refund and ticket transfer policy before purchasing your ticket.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our event, including catering commitments and venue reservations, all ticket sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including illness, change of plans, or unforeseen circumstances.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, which is why we offer a ticket transfer option instead of refunds.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. To do so:

  • Simply provide your guest with your booking confirmation or ticket.

  • There is no need to notify us in advance—your guest can attend in your place without prior approval.

  • Please ensure your replacement guest is aware of any dietary restrictions or other important event details.​

Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the afternoon tea, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund or transfer your ticket to another person.​
