Q. Do you have a minimum order china hire value?
A. Yes, we have a minimum order value of £100.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged to secure a booking and this will be credited against the total china hire charge.
Q. How long is the hire period?
A. This is by arrangement and dependent upon circumstances but usually a 2 day hire.
Q. Do you offer a dirty return service?
A. As vintage china is delicate, it must be hand washed and not put into a dishwasher. We are happy for you to wash the china yourself or we charge a 30% of hire costs for dirty return.
Q. When is the full balance of payment required?
A. We require full payment 7 days in advance of your event.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes, we deliver our china throughout London and the surrounding counties and delivery is free within a 10 mile radius.
Q. What if an item is damaged or broken?
A. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the hire charge as an insurance deposit to cover against breakages, which is fully refundable if nothing is damaged, otherwise we charge a replacement charge for each item.
